The company is recognised as having pioneering the blue roof concept in the UK, with the first installation taking place at the University of Huddersfield. Since then, ABG has provided more than one million square metres of blue roof drainage systems to projects across the UK and internationally.
The company produces more than 2.5 million square metres of drainage products per year at its West Yorkshire facility. ABG is accredited to ISO quality management accreditations and holds memberships with a number of professional organisations, including CIRIA, the Green Roof Organisation and BALI.

Intensive systems support deeper growing media suitable for more substantial planting and amenity roof gardens.
